Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping across Ireland at a flat rate fee. For orders above €500 the Shipping is free of charge in Ireland. Please allow 2-8 business days for order processing and dispatch. Additional charges may apply for express or international shipping options. While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
2. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your dried flower product for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange.
3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is successfully returned to us.
